The idea
Four small businesses, one long table.
Spring Street started with a simple question: what if the best of Mason County wine, spirits and food all poured in the same room? The answer is a converted building on the north side of the square, with a patio, a tasting bar and a kitchen that keeps going until the last set ends.
Order a glass of Fly Gap wine, a pour of Porchlight whiskey, seafood snacks from The Reel Deal and a plate from The Twisted Fork. On Thursdays the karaoke machine comes out. On weekends it is live music under the lights.
